Bournemouth car sales were brilliant, the customer service and attention to detail was 2nd to none. They understood exactly what we were looking for and even when they didn’t have it the first time we visited they kept looking and kept us in the loop when they did find something. We ended up with the perfect car for the right price, Ryan made sure everything was perfect for collection, including a few little extras that we had asked for, nothing was too much trouble. I wouldn’t hesitate in going back to Bournemouth Car Sales to purchase another car in the future. Utterly brilliant service, thank you.

This is a family run business, father and son, with an emphasis on customer care and service The car we purchased was just as described during a telephone conversation prior to viewing. We needed to pick the car up early in the morning before opening and this was accomodated by Derek who came in early for us. They even stored the car under cover for a couple of days after payment to assist our travel needs. Although our car was a mid priced vehicle from their range of stock the service we recieved was still first class. I can't fault the service provided by Bournemouth Car Sales. Friendly and relaxed from the outset, informative and helpful throughout the whole process. Ryan got a few extras done before the sale which weren't essential and without me asking - I think this highlights their customer-first approach. Pricing was fair for the quality of the car. Excellent all round. Thoroughly recommended.

I couldn’t recommend Bournemouth Car Sales enough.
