I bought my 64 plate Ford KA from Bournemouth Car Sales on Saturday 12th November. That's where I met Derek. There was no hard sell but he was brilliant at discussing the options and helping with arranging the tax and doing my online insurance. He explained about the AA warranty. The car itself was presented in immaculate condition. It was fully serviced and MoT'd. The whole process took a little over an hour and I drove away in the car. On Monday night I drove my new car home to Scotland and I'm very happy with it and with the customer care I received, thank you Bournemouth Care Sales.
