Absolutely fantastic service from initial contact to collection of vehicle. Ryan and Derek are a credit to the motor trade, informative,honest and above all,totally genuine guys. I have brought several used cars over the years but have never had such a hassle free experience ,including after sales contact to make sure everything was OK with the vehicle. I couldn't recommend these guys highly enough, thank you Bournemouth Car Sales.

I recently decided that the time was right to buy myself a small car so that I did not have to rely on our shared car.. I did some research on AutoTrader and went to look at a few different cars in local garages. Neither I or my husband know a huge amount about cars and I was wary about committing what for me was a substantial amount of money. I then saw that Bournemouth Car Sales had a Peugeot 208 Active HDI for sale at what AutoTrader said was a fair price. I was interested because my husband had bought his car from BCS and had been really happy with it. When I visited BCS Derek gave me the full history of the car and explained why he thought it was a fair price. I sat in it and found it very comfortable and easy to drive. Derek gave me proof of items that had been repaired/replaced and agreed to touch up one or two small paint chips. I was really happy with the car and agreed to go ahead. The car was ready for me within 4 days and Derek had even provided a half tank of diesel. I could not be happier with both the car and the service from Derek and Ryan at BCS
