I had been searching for a particular Volvo for some time and was very pleased to notice an advert for the model in the specification I was looking for in Autotrader and located in my area. Having emailed Bournemouth Car Sales I received a reply the same evening and arranged to view the following day (Saturday) at a time to suit me. Derek provided precise details of the location and the car was ready when I arrived, it was well prepared and I was encouraged to look it over at my leisure. Both the representatives I spoke to were keen to provide details of the history and previous owners of the car. They are both clearly car enthusiasts and I enjoyed a conversation concerning vehicles previously owned and enjoyed. Having agreed to purchase, the transaction was a smooth process and I arranged to collect the Volvo a few days later. Nothing was too much trouble, I was met at the local station and drove the car back to the dealership to complete the process. I received an email within the first week checking that all was ok, overall a great experience.

Great experience, family run business, Ryan was my contact and he was excellent. Really knowledgeable, honest and generous with his time. No pressure approach, happy to answer our questions and meet with us multiple times before making a final decision. The sale was very smooth, Ryan had everything printed, organised and ready.
