From the moment I enquired about a car I was interested in, I felt like I was speaking to an honest genuine salesman. Ryan answered all my questions and couldn’t have been more helpful, that was the reason why I decided not only was this the car for me, but also the garage I wanted to buy it from. We couldn’t fault the service from Derek and Ryan (father & son). Ryan even went online to sort out my car tax for me whilst we were in their office. I know that if I ever decide to change my car, I will be going back to Bournemouth Car Sales to choose one from them, as Ryan said “they will go out of their way to find the best car that is in tip top condition with full service history” so they know they are selling the best used car to satisfy their customers! Derek and Ryan were terrific throughout the whole process. I saw a Mini Countryman that I liked on their website (which is replete with invaluable detail about all the vehicles listed for sale), then agreed a mutually acceptable deposit with Derek as well as a date to test drive it. I took a train from my home in Oxford to Bournemouth where Ryan was waiting to pick me up at the station. (He later - immensely kindly - gave me a lift back to the station where the suitcase I had stupidly left by mistake on the train was, to my great good fortune, being unloaded into lost property.) Derek supervised the test drive which went without a hitch. Once we had sorted out the paperwork - meticulously prepared and organized by them both - and the relevant monies were transferred, Derek and Ryan offered me tea and biscuits. Their professionalism was exemplary and their kindness went beyond the call of duty. I was extremely impressed by their family-run and well-established operation and wouldn't hesitate to recommend Bournemouth Car Sales to anyone interested in purchasing a quality used vehicle. Their artisanal high-grade stock is more than usually interesting and curated with both care and skill. They also clearly love cars and take great pride in their work. The car I bought from them is a delight, and was presented in immaculate condition. Extremely happy all round with the excellent service and interactions I had with this company.

A pleasant and knowledgeable Father and son team who looked after us really well and made the whole process of purchasing our new car from them an easy one . From seeing the car on their website , making an appointment to view it and then going for a test drive was seamless . We left our deposit and got our receipt A few days later they got in touch to confirm that our the remainder of the balance had gone through , the following day we went done to their showroom again to complete the paperwork and collect our new car . It really couldn't have been simpler , with many thanks to Derek and Ryan .

The vehicle was exactly as described and photographed. A very non-pressurised viewing (by appointment) and no attempt to up-sell (ie take out longer AAA Warrenty guarantee period or finance ), test drive for as long. (Within reason) as required. Paperwork/ transfer documents completed in minutes on collection. Even let me use their phone to ring my husband when I realised I had left my mobile in his car!
