Just had the pleasure of meeting both Derek and Ryan as they purchased my car. From the initial phone call to me confirming the purchase, to them both arriving at my home to pick up the car it was all handled with politeness, courtesy and professionalism. An exceptional service by Derek and Ryan. When I Inquired about a white VW Polo, Derek came straight back to me immediately about the details. The car was pristine both in and out of the car. Both Derek and Ryan were extremely approachable and welcoming and let you make your own decisions about your car. Not once were they trying to force you to buy the car from them like most car salespeople would. I would highly recommend buying a car from them as they have cars that tick most boxes for people looking to buy cars (for example low milage), are knowledgeable and have all details about the cars. Thank you so much for such a great service.

We bought our vehicle from Bournemouth Car sales. We made an appointment and travelled from Selsey. Derek was friendly and very helpful. The car was lovely and Derek even arranged to deliver the car to our home address. Excellent customer service, you couldn't ask for better. Nice people to do business with.

Just to add a note to my original review, I had an issue with a tyre sensor and was struggling to find the fault, Derek kindly agreed to take the car back for a day and sorted the issue, good old fashioned service that Customers really want these days, thank you so much Derek and Ryan.
