I was a bit nervous about selling my car online but needn't have been. Derek and Ryan offered a good price for it and were very friendly and professional when collecting it. They paid me on the spot by bank transfer and wouldn't leave until I went indoors and checked the money had arrived - magic! Ryan also sorted out the DVLA transfer on the spot. Great guys to do business with.

I was so impressed with the quality of service i received from Ryan at Bournemouth Car Sales when I recently purchased my BMW extremely helpful not at all pushy all documentation sorted for me even reclaiming my existing car tax back very knowledgeable about my new car If you are thing of changing your car i would highly recommend without hesitation

After a torrid experience with a dealer in Southampton which culminated in a return of a vehicle and unwind of the associated finance, we were recommended to Bournemouth Car Sales by the Finance Company. We found a great Honda CRV, a vehicle we'd wanted for some time and Derek has looked after us from the 1st phone call to taking ownership and driving it home. We are beyond happy with the friendly service and straightforward honest manner with which we were dealt and cannot recommend Bournemouth Car Sales highly enough. No flannel, just good service.

Contacted Bournemouth car sales to view a VW golf, Derek and Ryan were really helpful. Help me through the finance and showed me the car and went for a test drive with me . Was a very quick process in space of 3 days from seeing the car I’ve picked up my live new VW. I cannot recommend enough this business they have been great .

Needed to sell our Mini, tried a couple of national car buying companies but response was slow, communication poor and dragged on for more than a week. Phoned Derek at 11.15am to see if Bournemouth Car Sales would be interested in buying it. By 2.30pm, the same day, the money was in my bank account and the car had been collected. Professional, friendly, honest and fair, I would thoroughly recommend Derek & Ryan at B.C.S.
