Water Pump and Timing Chains are covered in the 6 MONTH WARRANTY POLICY. Timing Belts (are also included provided that the last due change of belt has taken place as specified by the manufacturer’s schedule (proof required). Clutch and Dual Mass are covered only due to (Failure i.e Breakage)
All vehicles displaying a "3 MONTHS WARRANTY LOGO" come with our in house 3 months or 3000 miles Engine and Gearbox Warranty, this only includes the working internal parts of the "Engine and Gearbox" and excludes any external systems or auxiliary devices. You can however cover the cost of certain items by purchasing a 6 or 12 month Silver Plus Customer Protect Nationwide Warranty. See above. Quote by request.
Consumable ‘wear-and-tear’ items are not covered such as: Catalytic Converters, Exhaust Systems, DPF Filters, EGR Valves, Auxiliary Belts, Glow Plugs, Injectors, Sensors, Ignition Coil Pack, Battery, Tyres, Brake Pads/Discs, Bulbs, Wiper Blades, Bushes and Gaiters etc.
When buying a used car you must consider “wear and tear” and minor faults. You can measure this against the price of your car when it was sold brand new. A used car is a part worn device. It is not as good as new - this is why it is vastly cheaper. We ask our customers to be reasonable with their expectations. If something goes wrong with your car and it is outside of the warranty term, it may still be worth getting in touch as we have specialist repairers who support us. Terms and Conditions - Warranty Claims
If you have our in house 3 months or 3000 miles Engine and Gearbox Warranty and you encounter problems with your car you must contact us or return it to us straight away. You can not carry out repairs beforehand and send us the invoice. If you contract a third party to return the car to us you will be liable for the cost. We do not supply courtesy cars under any circumstances. You are advised that Membership of a reputable Motoring Organisation for as little as £1-2 a week is recommended for peace of mind. If you have an Autoprotect "6 MONTHS WARRANTY" policy with your car and you encounter problems you must contact the warranty company straight away, i.e depending on the issue, you must first check that the repair/part is covered in your policy leaflet.
